Summerfest Tech Announces Conference Sessions and Pitch Competition Finalists


MILWAUKEE, WI (May 6, 2024) – Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF) is excited to reveal the conference details for the seventh annual Summerfest Tech, Milwaukee’s premiere tech event.  In 2024, Summerfest Tech will focus on Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Wisconsin’s regional Tech Hubs including Biohealth and Renewable / Sustainable Energy and Cybersecurity as well as several Tech Talent sessions. 

Summerfest Tech supports Wisconsin’s growing reputation as a tech hub, highlighting the growth and opportunity in the region. The conference will take place in person at Henry Maier Festival Park and Potawatomi Casino Hotel, Monday, June 24 - Thursday, June 27, and will remain FREE of charge. The popular Summerfest Tech Pitch Competition, produced by Young Enterprising Society, in partnership with Molson Coors Beverage Company, has finalized the top eight startups that will be pitching. They are:

New this year, Summerfest Tech held an open call for content across the community. After a strong response, the submissions have been winnowed by the Steering Committee and voting is now open (HERE) to select four sessions to be held during Summerfest Tech.  The deadline to vote is May 24, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (Each registered attendee can vote once daily).

Don’t miss the FREE networking luncheon on-site at Henry Maier Festival Park, home to Summerfest, on Thursday June 27.  Plus, all registered attendees will receive FREE admission to the music festival’s second weekend June 27-29, 2024, featuring headliners such as MUNA, Charles Wesley Godwin, Alison Wonderland, Hippo Campus, Key Glock and many more.  Plus, the festival’s biggest stage, the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, will be hosting Illenium, Tyler Childers, and Keith Urban.
