Casey Dougherty
Director of Innovation and Creative
Generac Power Systems
When I was a kid, I wanted to be a rockstar or a designer. These days, after 15 years at Generac, I think I’ve found a place somewhere in between.
I lead corporate innovation, industrial design, and research — work that keeps me creatively challenged and deeply connected to how our products shape the world. I’m proud of the impact we make, and even more proud to say I genuinely love what I do.
Outside of work, I’m a longtime superfan of the Pramac MotoGP team, a Ducati rider, and the guy helping bring the Generac Power Stage to life each year at Summerfest. It’s a full circle kind of thing — building powerful ideas by day and celebrating what they make possible by night.
